All our printers and parts are fully cleaned and serviced by our own in-house experienced printer engineers. We test from all paper trays and network ports so you can be sure that your printers will be fully functional. 90% of our printers are supplied with used ink/toner cartridges. Please confirm when ordering as the odd printer is supplied without. Drivers available from manufactures web site.

We have been established for over 20 years and are based in Middlewich, just off junction 19 of the M6, giving us a central UK location with great transport links. We have a custom built 10,000 square foot warehouse and established partnerships with numerous couriers, like Fed Ex UK, UPS, Palletline and several same day couriers. We offer state of the art packaging to ensure that all our goods arrive on time in perfect condition. We have 3 ISO standards, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 and our internal processes are continually assessed to make sure we are as efficient as we can possibly be in every area of our business. Please check prior to ordering. All parts will be professionally packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This is simply so we can make a claim with our courier should the damage have been caused in transit. We'll respond quickly and you'll still have the option to do either if you're not happy with our resolution.

Please do not write directly on new boxes or remove labels or stickers, we'll do that for you when it comes back in. In the case of faulty items, if after testing the goods turn out to be in good working order or the fault is the result of customer misuse or mistreatment then the return is liable to be rejected. We will always contact you first to resolve the issue in such instances though. We look at everything on a case by case basis so if something above does not seem appropriate to a particular part you've bought or are looking at we'll be happy to discuss it.
